Megavolt is a villain in Darkwing Duck, an in-universe TV show in the DuckTales reboot. He was voiced by Keith Ferguson.

He is a supervillain with electric powers. He, Quackerjack, and the Liquidator commit crimes in Saint Canard, only to be foiled by Darkwing Duck.
The Duck Knight Returns![]
Megavolt returns as a villain in Alistair Boorswan's attempt to reboot the franchise for McDuck Pictures: Darkwing: First Darkness. This version of the character is notably larger than the lanky version from the television series and was apparently intended by Boorswan to claim victory in the climax of the film. However, the production was hijacked by Jim Starling, who began using Megavolt's lightning cannon prop to attack the set. Drake Mallard, who had grown up watching Darkwing battle the original Megavolt on television, arrived to save the cast and crew, including the Megavolt actor.
Let's Get Dangerous![]
Megavolt appeared on one of Launchpad McQuack's trading cards. Later, a real version of Megavolt was brought from an alternate universe to Saint Canard by Taurus Bulba using the Ramrod. He and his teammates, the Fearsome Four, terrorized St. Canard on Bulba's orders, later capturing Bradford Buzzard at his command. Later, he joined Quackerjack and the Liquidator in capturing Drake, now acting as a real-life Darkwing, and bringing him before Bulba.
Launchpad and Gosalyn Waddlemeyer subsequently arrived to rescue Drake and joined him in battling Megavolt and the others. Megavolt was eventually defeated by Drake knocking him into Liquidator, causing an electrical short that rendered both villains unconscious. Later, as the Ramrod's portal was collapsing, Megavolt and his teammates were pulled into it and to an uncertain fate.
